PUK codes can only be given for numbers on the o2 network. Refunds will not be given to people wanting a PUK Code for a number on any other network. If the mobile number is not an o2 number, then you will be sent a list of telephone numbers to contact your service provider in order to get the PUK Code.

We will try our best to proivde you with the codes, but some requests may not be able to be completed due to problems beyond our control. We wll do our best to notify you, if on the rare occasion, this is the case.
Providing all the information provided is correct, then the unlock codes should be correct. If for any reason the codes are not correct, BuyASimCard does not take any responsibility for any damages caused.
We always aim to ship simcards within 2-3 working days, however, sometimes down to products being out of stock or staff holidays, despatch can take longer.
In order to keep our postage costs low, simcards are despatched via 1st Class Royal Mail, therefore no proof of postage or tracking is supplied.If you wish for your simcard to be despatched via tracked mail/insured, then please contact us before ordering.
In orders of more than 50, cards will be sent via courier, and there will therefore be proof of postage.
